Unprovoked Aggression by Afghan Taliban Along Pak-Afghan Border — Pakistan Army’s Strong and Effective Response
Rawalpindi, 12 October 2025:
Following unprovoked aggression and firing by Afghan Taliban forces along different sectors of the Pak-Afghan border, the Pakistan Army has launched a strong, precise, and effective response, inflicting heavy losses on the aggressors.
According to security sources, multiple Afghan Taliban posts and positions were effectively engaged and destroyed, including those opposite Angoor Adda, Brabcha, Chaman, and near Kurram (Shepola Hila Post).
In the Brabcha sector, the 2nd Battalion Headquarters of the Afghan Taliban—belonging to their 1st Brigade—was precisely targeted. The location was being used as a launching site for Khawarij terrorists and India-sponsored elements of Fitna al-Hindustan. The strike resulted in significant human and material losses to the Afghan Taliban and foreign terrorists.
In another sector opposite Angoor Adda, a Taliban post was completely destroyed in direct fire engagement, while in the Chaman area, intense retaliatory strikes forced Afghan Taliban and Khawarij militants to abandon their positions and flee, many of whom were neutralized during the engagement.
Video footage shows Taliban and foreign militants attempting to escape their posts under heavy fire, while Pakistan Army troops effectively engaged and neutralized them.
Additionally, in the Kurram region, Shepola Hila Post was successfully targeted, leading to its complete destruction and heavy losses to the Taliban forces. Security sources confirm that the post’s obliteration is clearly visible in the released footage.
The Pakistan Army’s strong and proportionate response continues with full force, ensuring that any hostile act or provocation from across the border receives a firm and fitting reply.
