KARACHI: Addressing the Annual Central Khatm-e-Nubuwwat ﷺ Conference organized by the Central Jamat Ahl-e-Sunnat Karachi at Nishtar Park, the leaders of Ahl-e-Sunnat declared that the belief in the Finality of Prophethood ﷺ is the cornerstone and unshakable foundation of Islam. They emphasized that this belief admits no compromise, leniency, or reconciliation — neither in the past, present, nor future.
Mufti-e-Azam Sindh and Ameer of Central Jamat Ahl-e-Sunnat Sindh, Sahibzada Mufti Muhammad Jan Naeemi, along with Pir Syed Ziaullah Shah Jilani, Nazim-e-Aala Pir Syed Zamir Hussain Shah Jilani, Mufti Muhammad Sharif Saeedi, Mufti Qazi Muhammad Ahmed Naeemi, Mufti Nazir Jan Naeemi, Sahibzada Muhammad Zubair Siddiqi Hazrovi, and other prominent scholars, stated that Qadianism is a creation of the British colonial empire, designed to weaken Islamic faith, erase the Muslim identity, and mislead the Ummah. They warned that the Qadiani movement continues to spread confusion in the Muslim world under new names, slogans, and faces, still backed by global powers and foreign sponsors.
The grand conference turned into a magnificent spiritual gathering, attended by leading scholars, spiritual figures, custodians of shrines, leaders of religious and political parties, and thousands of devoted lovers of the Holy Prophet ﷺ from across Pakistan. The scholars proudly recalled that Ahl-e-Sunnat scholars have always been at the forefront — intellectually, politically, and constitutionally — in defending the faith against Qadianism.
They paid rich tribute to Hazrat Allama Shah Ahmad Noorani Siddiqi (RA), calling him a great defender of the belief in the Finality of Prophethood ﷺ, a national hero, and a visionary leader. They highlighted that the historic Khatm-e-Nubuwwat Movement of 1974 was not merely a protest but a revolutionary awakening fueled by the love of the Prophet ﷺ, which united the nation in defense of faith.
Speakers noted that Allama Noorani’s courageous role and scholarly arguments in the National Assembly of Pakistan led to the unanimous constitutional decision declaring Qadianis as non-Muslims, a decision that remains a symbol of Islamic and constitutional victory for the entire Ummah.
Among those who addressed the gathering were Allama Rizwan Naqshbandi, Allama Fayyaz Naqshbandi, Allama Syed Farhan Shah Naeemi, Sunni Tehreek leader Shahid Ghauri, Sahibzada Muhammad Rehan Amjad Naumani, Mian Safdar Hussain Suharwardi, Pir Syed Azmat Ali Shah Hamdani, Pir Abu al-Mukarram Syed Ashraf Ashrafi Jilani, Allama Ghulam Yaseen Golravi, Allama Ashraf Gormani, Allama Tahir Rizvi, Allama Farooq Shah Hamdani, Syed Riaz Ashrafi, Sahibzada Ghulam Ghaus Golravi, Sheer Muhammad Noorani, Saeed Akhtar Malik, Malik Shehzad Chishti, Maulana Afzal Hussaini, Hafiz Gulzar Naeemi, Allama Muhammad Shafi Sarki, Abdul Majeed Ismail Noorani, Haleem Khan Ghori, Engineer Saleem Hussain, Abdul Razzaq Sangani, Allama Sahibzada Sharif Jhagvi, Maulana Habibullah Naeemi, Allama Khadim Hussain Naeemi, Syed Sikandar Ali Shah Jilani, Allama Rahmat Khaliq, Allama Muhammad Ali Noorani, Allama Ayub Hussaini, Dr. Wali Mustafai, Mufti Rafiur Rahman Noorani, Muhammad Ali Qureshi, Maulana Mushtaq Qadri, and Qari Fayyaz Saeedi, among others.
The scholars expressed grave concern over the ongoing infiltration attempts by the Qadiani movement under various pretexts such as religious freedom and human rights, aiming to misrepresent Islam and mislead Muslims globally. They reiterated that the Muslim Ummah, particularly Ahl-e-Sunnat wal Jamaat, is fully aware, vigilant, and prepared to counter this ideological threat on every front.
The leaders demanded that the Government of Pakistan and state institutions officially declare September 7 as “Youm Tahaffuz Khatm-e-Nubuwwat” (Day for the Protection of the Finality of Prophethood) and observe it as a public holiday. They further called for a complete ban on Qadiani activities, monitoring of their foreign funding and organizations, and strict legal action wherever Islamic terms or identities are misused in violation of the Constitution.
The atmosphere at Nishtar Park was electrified as the crowd echoed resounding slogans of “Labbaik Ya Rasool Allah ﷺ,” “Khatm-e-Nubuwwat Zindabad,” and “Qadianiyat Murdabad.” The emotional devotion of the participants reflected their unwavering love and loyalty to the Holy Prophet ﷺ.
The event concluded with a collective prayer for the safety and unity of Pakistan, the solidarity of the Muslim Ummah, and special supplications for oppressed Muslims in Palestine, Kashmir, Syria, and Yemen.
In their closing remarks, the scholars pledged to continue the mission and vision of Allama Shah Ahmad Noorani (RA), vowing to transform this movement into a nationwide campaign ensuring that the light of the Finality of Prophethood ﷺ continues to shine in every street, institution, and heart.
They affirmed that the conference was not only a declaration of unshakable faith in the Finality of Prophethood ﷺ, but also a message to the entire world that the Muslim Ummah remains united, vigilant, and resolute in defending the sanctity of Islam and the honor of the Holy Prophet ﷺ.
