THATTA, October 15, 2025:
Thatta Police arrested an armed robber in an injured condition after an exchange of fire in the Gharo Mori area under the jurisdiction of Ghorabari Police Station.
The injured suspect, identified as Mashooq Ali alias Hathoro, son of Pathan Khan Mallah, a resident of Chhilya, Thatta, was found involved in multiple cases of robbery and motorcycle snatching across different areas, including Thatta, Makli, and Ghorabari.
According to the police spokesperson, a pistol used in several crimes was recovered from the suspect’s possession. Police teams have launched raids to arrest his accomplice, Roshan Mallah, who managed to flee from the scene.
The injured accused has been shifted to a hospital for treatment, while further investigation is underway.
