DIGP Larkana’s Initiative to Support Visually Impaired Children on White Cane Safety Day
ADIGP Israr Ahmed Brohi attends event as Chief Guest, distributes gifts among children

In line with the directives of DIGP Larkana Range Mr. Nasir Aftab, Additional DIGP Larkana Range Mr. Israr Ahmed Brohi participated as Chief Guest at an event organized by the Pakistan Association of the Blind, Larkana District in connection with World White Cane Safety Day 2025.
The ceremony was attended by Vice Chancellor Larkana University, Director General SPDPA, and other notable dignitaries of the city. During the event, ADIGP Israr Ahmed Brohi met with visually impaired children, distributed sweets and gifts among them, and extended warm greetings on behalf of DIGP Larkana Mr. Nasir Aftab.
The children expressed their joy and appreciation upon receiving the gifts.
Speaking on the occasion, ADIGP Brohi emphasized that serving blind children is an exemplary act of compassion and urged society to come forward collectively for their care and empowerment.
> “It is our moral and social responsibility to protect and secure the future of these children who are the true flowers of our society,” he stated.
