Quetta, October 16, 2025 — Former Balochistan Chief Minister Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch and Deputy Commissioner Mehrullah Badini attended the launch ceremony of a student’s book titled “The Ocean of Thoughts” at Sardar Bahadur Khan Women’s University.

Dr. Baloch said that the intellectual and cultural progress of any society depends on the promotion of reading and writing, calling books the “best companions and teachers of mankind.” He congratulated the young author, terming her work “a gift for literary enthusiasts” that encourages positive and creative thinking among youth.
Deputy Commissioner Badini also appreciated the author’s contribution, emphasizing that such creative efforts reflect the bright and progressive image of Balochistan.
