The Afridi Football League, organized by Bara Rifles under the supervision of Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (North), concluded successfully in Bara with the participation of 12 teams from various areas.

The Commandant of Bara Rifles attended the final match as the chief guest, where a large number of football fans and community members were present to witness the exciting event.

The primary objective of organizing the tournament was to promote sustainable peace, inter-district harmony, and healthy, positive activities among youth.

Local elders, players, and spectators highly appreciated the efforts of Frontier Corps KP (North), stating that such sporting events not only keep youth away from negative influences but also provide them opportunities to showcase their talent.

The closing ceremony was attended by community leaders and enthusiastic supporters. Trophies, medals, and commemorative shields were distributed among the winning and runner-up teams.

Participants thanked the Frontier Corps for organizing such constructive initiatives, emphasizing that sports events like this symbolize peace, happiness, and unity in the region.
