QUETTA, Nov 3: Chief Secretary Balochistan Shakeel Qadir Khan chaired a high-level Secretaries’ Committee meeting to review progress on online billing systems, social media projection of development projects, the file tracking system, and the Integrated Project Monitoring System (IPMS). The meeting focused on improving transparency, speeding up project execution, and ensuring timely completion of development schemes. The Chief Secretary directed that all complaints on the Pakistan Citizen Portal be resolved promptly and emphasized transparent recruitment across departments to strengthen public trust.
