Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi strongly condemned the terrorist firing incident targeting the District Police Officer’s (DPO) squad in North Waziristan.
The Governor expressed his heartfelt wishes for the speedy recovery of the injured police personnel and said it was a matter of relief that DPO Waqar Khan remained safe in the attack.
Calling the assault on the DPO’s vehicle “highly unfortunate,” Governor Kundi reaffirmed that cowardly terrorist acts cannot weaken the morale or determination of the police force in their fight against terrorism.
