LORALAI, Nov 3: The district administration of Loralai, under Deputy Commissioner Miran Baloch and SSP Malik Muhammad Asghar, carried out a major anti-narcotics operation across various areas of Tehsil Mekhtar. Around 50 acres of cannabis, opium, and hemp crops were destroyed on-site, and 47 illegal solar-powered bore systems were dismantled. The operation was conducted with the cooperation of security forces as part of an ongoing month-long campaign. The Deputy Commissioner reaffirmed that coordinated efforts will continue to eliminate all forms of illegal drug cultivation and trafficking from the district.
