RAWALPINDI, Nov 3, 2025:

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Pakistan’s security forces killed three terrorists affiliated with the Indian proxy group Fitna al-Khawarij in two separate engagements conducted in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province on November 2, 2025.

In the first encounter, movement of a terrorist group was detected in the Esham area of North Waziristan as they attempted to infiltrate Pakistan through the Pakistan-Afghanistan border. Security forces swiftly and precisely engaged the infiltrators, eliminating two militants. One of the slain terrorists was identified as Kharji Qasim, an Afghan national serving in the Afghan Border Police.

In a separate intelligence-based operation (IBO) conducted in Tank District, another terrorist linked to the same Indian proxy network, identified as Kharji Ikramuddin alias Abu Dajana, also an Afghan national, was neutralized.

The ISPR stated that these incidents once again highlight the continued involvement of Afghan nationals in terrorist attacks targeting innocent civilians and security forces within Pakistan.

Pakistan has repeatedly urged the Interim Afghan Government to ensure effective border management and prevent the use of Afghan territory by terrorist outfits such as Fitna al-Khawarij.

The Pakistan Armed Forces reaffirmed their unwavering commitment to defend the nation’s borders and to continue comprehensive sanitization and counter-terrorism operations under the national vision “Azm-e-Istehkam”, as approved by the Federal Apex Committee on the National Action Plan, to eradicate all forms of foreign-sponsored terrorism from the country.
