BBoIT and TDAP Join Forces to Boost Investment and Trade in Balochistan

Karachi: Vice Chairman of the Balochistan Board of Investment and Trade (BBoIT), Mr. Bilal Khan Kakar, and CEO Mr. Qaim Lashari met with Secretary of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), Mr. Shahryar Taj, to discuss strategic cooperation for enhancing trade and investment opportunities in Balochistan.

During the meeting, both parties reaffirmed their commitment to joint efforts aimed at improving facilities for investors, facilitating trade processes, and strengthening the investment climate in the province. They also agreed to identify key sectors for investment and formulate collaborative strategies to attract domestic and international investors.

Mr. Bilal Khan Kakar highlighted Balochistan’s strategic significance as a regional hub for trade and investment. He emphasized that collaboration with TDAP would be instrumental in connecting Balochistan’s industries and products to national and international markets.

TDAP Secretary, Mr. Shahryar Taj, expressed strong interest in strengthening institutional linkages with BBoIT and integrating Balochistan’s businesses into national export promotion programs. He assured full support in providing training, capacity building, and opportunities for participation in national and international exhibitions.

CEO BBoIT, Mr. Qaim Lashari, stressed that coordinated efforts are crucial to showcasing Balochistan’s emerging investment landscape, and joint initiatives with TDAP will help highlight the province’s unique economic potential to both domestic and international investors.
