Exams are a major part of life, often causing anxiety and stress which affects their mental and emotional wellbeing . Academic preparation is important, but spiritual guidance brings comfort and inner peace during these tough times.
Exam related stress leads them to worry about future which makes them to not further concentrate on other things, and by taking stress regarding exams students feel overwhelmed, such type of stress affects their overall mental health and academic performances.
The Holy Qur’an gives us guidance that helps students to manage stress and to find peace, as it states: “Surely in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find peace” (13:38). Indeed prayers and trust in Allah can soothe and strengthen the hearts, alongside regular study routines, by practicing patience, gratitude, and reliance on Allah can surely help students face exams with a calmer and more relaxed mind. Encouraging students to put their trust in Allah which can make things easier for them, Insha’Allah. May Allah make things easier for every student. Ameen .
