Kohlu – A one-day seminar was organized at the District Health Officer’s office on measles prevention and vaccination. Attended by Assistant Commissioner Kabir Mazari, health officials, workers, and local residents, the seminar highlighted the importance of timely vaccination. District Health Officer Dr. Shir Zaman Mari stated that a campaign will run from 17 to 29 November across Kohlu, targeting children aged 5 to 6 years. The goal is to vaccinate 40,000 children, with 64 teams and 240 health workers participating. Dr. Mari urged parents to visit designated vaccination camps to protect their children from the contagious disease.
