Vision of Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti:Govt.taking concrete steps to modernize DPR all over Balochistan, says Khetran

QUETTA: The Balochistan government is taking concrete steps to modernize the Department of Public Relations (DPR) across the province in line with contemporary requirements and to further improve its performance, under the vision of Chief Minister, Mir Sarfraz Bugti.
This was stated by the Director General Public Relations (DGPR), Muhammad Noor Khetran while handing over camera, laptop, drone, and other necessary equipment to Divisional Information Officer Kalat Division, Khuzdar, Shabir Ahmed here on Monday.
Also present on the occasion were Director Information, Tanveer Ahmed and other officials.
Muhammad Noor Khetran stated that all divisional offices in the province are being equipped with cameras, drones, laptops, and other modern office equipment to ensure effective coverage and projection of official activities and development projects.
The Director General further said that the Department of Public Relations serves as a strong bridge between the government and the people, whose primary objective is to deliver accurate and timely information about government initiatives, development projects and public welfare policies to the citizens.
He added that the use of modern technology would not only enhance the department’s performance but also help project a positive image of the province.
Noor Khetran urged the officers to utilize their professional skills to effectively highlight the government’s performance so that public confidence can be further strengthened.
