Malik Nasir Ahmed Shahwani, BNP deputy secretary general, stated that household gas and electricity shortages have disrupted daily life, leaving children and the elderly vulnerable. He called for immediate restoration of gas pressure, an end to unscheduled load-shedding, and emergency measures to address public grievances, warning that continued negligence could lead to protests and civil unrest.
