Balochistan Election Commissioner Reviews Security, Administrative Plan for Local Government Elections

An important meeting was held at the office of the Provincial Election Commissioner Balochistan in Quetta, presided over by Provincial Election Commissioner Ali Asghar Sayal, to review preparations for the upcoming local government elections in the provincial capital.
The meeting was attended by Joint Provincial Election Commissioner Syed Waseem Ahmed Jafri, DIG Police Quetta Imran Shaukat, Deputy Commissioner Quetta Meharullah Badini, Regional Election Commissioner Quetta Tahir Hassan, and District Election Commissioner Syed Nazir Ahmed.
Provincial Election Commissioner Ali Asghar Sayal stressed the need for foolproof security arrangements to ensure a peaceful and transparent electoral process. He directed all relevant departments to ensure that the elections are conducted in a secure and impartial environment.
DIG Quetta briefed the meeting on the detailed security plan, while both the DIG and Deputy Commissioner assured full administrative cooperation and implementation of the security measures.
Joint Provincial Election Commissioner Syed Waseem Ahmed Jafri highlighted the importance of staff training and maintaining transparency during the electoral process. The Regional and District Election Commissioners reaffirmed their commitment to timely delivery of election materials and effective monitoring at the local level.
At the conclusion of the meeting, participants assured the Provincial Election Commissioner of full cooperation to ensure peaceful, transparent, and well-organized local government elections in Quetta.
