Acting President Gilani Visits Federal Minister Rana Qasim Noon’s Residence to Condole Mother’s Demise

Islamabad, November 21, 2025 — Acting President Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani visited the residence of Federal Minister and Chairman Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir, Rana Muhammad Qasim Noon, to offer condolences on the demise of his mother.

Gilani described the loss of a mother as an indescribable grief and emphasized that a mother’s status is unmatched and the blessings of her prayers are one of life’s greatest gifts. He expressed solidarity with the minister and his family in their moment of sorrow and prayed for the departed soul’s forgiveness, elevation of ranks in the hereafter, and patience for the bereaved family.

The condolence visit was attended by Minister of State for Energy Abdul Rehman Khan, Members of National Assembly Abdul Qadir Gilani and Sayed Ali Qasim Gilani, and former MPA Sayed Ahmed Mujtaba Gilani.
