Muhammad Saim Tahir claimed the title at the 11th Vice Admiral H.M.S. Chaudhry Amateur Golf Cup 2025, held at the Defence Raya Golf & Country Club, Lahore. In the senior amateur category, Abdul Rauf Ali emerged victorious, while Shehnaz Moeen won the ladies’ category. The closing ceremony was attended by Chief of Naval Staff Vice Admiral Raja Rab Nawaz as the chief guest.
Addressing the participants, the chief guest congratulated all winners and praised the players for their skill and sportsmanship throughout the tournament. He also thanked the sponsors, media, and the management of the Defence Raya Golf & Country Club for their combined efforts in making the event a success.
The four-day tournament, held from November 20 to 23, 2025, featured nearly 185 golfers from across Pakistan, competing in amateur, senior amateur, and ladies’ categories.
The Vice Admiral H.M.S. Chaudhry Amateur Golf Cup is a regular fixture in the Pakistan Golf Federation calendar and the national golf circuit, reflecting the Pakistan Navy’s commitment to promoting sportsmanship and a sporting culture in the country.
The closing ceremony was attended by military and civilian officials, organizers, sponsors, golfers, and their families.
