Babri Mosque Demolition Remains Unhealed Wound

CHAKOTHI — PPP Azad Kashmir Senior Vice President Sahibzada Ashfaq Zafar called the 1992 demolition of Babri Mosque an attack on Muslim faith and identity. He criticized the Indian government’s encouragement of Hindu extremism, including the construction of Ram Mandir on the mosque’s site, calling it a regional threat. Zafar highlighted that such acts perpetuate intolerance and undermine peace in South Asia.
