Independent Report
Islamabad, Nov 27, 2025 – The Wafaqi Mohtasib, Ejaz Ahmad Qureshi, has taken strict notice of widespread complaints against the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) over inordinate delays, mismanagement, and cost overruns in residential projects. An Inspection Team led by Senior Advisor Ahmad Farooq reviewed grievances and directed FGEHA to provide timelines for all ongoing projects and upload monthly progress updates.
Unsuccessful allottees of Sectors F-14 and F-15 will now get priority in other sectors, while heirs of deceased allottees are granted a three-month grace period to pay outstanding dues. Work on all residential projects will resume by March 2026, with Green Enclave-II plots handed over by December 2027.
