Deputy Commissioner Kech, Bashir Ahmed Badeni, awarded Additional Deputy Commissioner Maqbool Anwar Rind in recognition of his exemplary administrative performance and commitment to public service. The ceremony, held at the DC Office, was attended by officers, local notables and members of civil society.
The DC praised ADC Rind for delivering effective governance in a short period, noting that his dedication, integrity and strong work ethic had significantly improved administrative and developmental outcomes in the district. Participants also acknowledged that several welfare and governance initiatives had seen notable progress due to ADC Rind’s leadership and discipline.
DC Badeni expressed hope that ADC Rind would continue serving the people with the same passion and responsibility in the future.
