Grand Sindhi Cultural Day Celebration to Be Held Today by “Muhnja Maroo Malir Ja”
Traditional Sindhi foods, cultural performances, and community participation to mark the vibrant event

KARACHI: “Muhnja Maroo Malir Ja” will host a grand celebration of Sindhi Cultural Day (today) Thursday December 4, 2025, here at Gulshan-e-Hadeed.
Invitations have been issued and all arrangements have been finalized to mark Sindhi Cultural Event today.
According to organizers, this year’s event will showcase Sindh’s rich culture, traditions, attire, folk heritage, and a variety of traditional dishes.
Several community members have volunteered financial support and announced to bring food items, which has been highly appreciated.
Traditional Sindhi Dishes to Be Served, the event will feature a wide range of traditional foods, including Sindhi Pulao, Vermicelli cooked in desi ghee, Various types of fish cooking,, Hurbi-style rice, Sweet Lolo (Bread/Busri) prepared with pure ghee, Saag with Pali or traditional flatbread, Busri, Beh, Tanhri Bhatt (Rice), Rice-floar breads, Halwa/Seero, Lasi, Sarson ka Saag/Roti, Kheerni (milk dessert), Tea and other traditional delicacies.
Purpose and Message of the Event was to create harmony and promote culture.
Organizers said Sindhi Cultural Day symbolizes unity, heritage, and pride in Sindh’s ancient civilization. The aim is to transmit this identity and culture to the new generation.
The central message of the event is “As the inheritors of Sindh’s soil, we stand united under the platform of ‘Muhanja Maroo Malir Ja’ to continue serving our community and safeguarding our cultural heritage.”
