Quetta, December 25:
Governor Balochistan Jaffar Khan Mandokhail paid tribute to Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah on his 149th birth anniversary, praising the Founder of Pakistan’s invaluable services and unwavering commitment to freedom and sovereignty.
He emphasized that Quaid-e-Azam’s principles of Unity, Faith and Discipline remain vital for national cohesion, stability and development. The Governor urged citizens to follow Quaid’s ideals and work collectively to overcome internal and external challenges facing the country.
Separately, Governor Mandokhail extended warm Christmas greetings to the Christian community in Pakistan and around the world. He said Christmas promotes values of compassion, harmony and solidarity, urging people to include the poor and underprivileged in celebrations.
He appreciated the Christian community’s contributions, particularly in education and health sectors in Balochistan, and expressed hope that they would continue to play a positive role in promoting tolerance, inclusion and social harmony across society.
