Khuzdar, December 31, 2025: Livestock disease has been identified in goats, sheep, and cattle, including newborn animals, in Wadh Tehsil’s areas of Gaddial, Khesan Khad, and Lohando, as well as in Aranji Tehsil. Deputy Director Livestock Khuzdar, Dr. Muhammad Anwar Zahri, took immediate action by dispatching medical teams and supplying vaccines and medicines.
Dr. Zahri assured that all resources are being utilized to treat the affected animals and control the outbreak. The prompt intervention of the Livestock Department has raised hopes for relief among farmers. Local committees and authorities have welcomed the department’s proactive and responsible measures.
