Basima — In Basima tehsil, Washuk district, a public hearing was organized at the Assistant Commissioner’s office in collaboration with the Pakistan Army and district administration to address citizens’ issues. Deputy Commissioner Abdul Majid Sarparah, 328 Brigade Commander Colonel Salar, and other civil and military officials participated. Locals raised concerns regarding education, healthcare, clean drinking water, roads, electricity, and other essential services. Authorities assured prompt solutions to the issues. Colonel Salar emphasized that sustainable peace and development are impossible without public cooperation and highlighted the strong bond between the army and the community. Residents praised the initiative, expressing hope that such public engagement programs will continue in the future to strengthen community trust and improve service delivery
