Quetta, January 5, 2026:
Provincial Minister Sardar Abdul Rehman Khetran has said that the right to self-determination of the Kashmiri people is a recognized international commitment that remains unfulfilled, terming it a failure of the global community.
He stated that United Nations resolutions provide the legal basis for resolving the Kashmir issue, while Kashmiris continue to face oppression and serious human rights violations.
