Gwadar – A high-level meeting was held at Gwadar University under the chairmanship of Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Abdul Razaq Sabir to review academic achievements, future planning, and key institutional initiatives. Participants included Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Syed Manzoor Ahmed, Deans of Social Sciences and Engineering, Registrar Dr. Dawlat Khan, and various department chairs. The meeting focused on promoting blue economy and maritime education, expanding skill development programs under the Pak-China Technical and Vocational Institute, and preparing for the university’s first convocation in 2026. Emphasis was placed on ensuring regular student attendance, maintaining academic discipline through biometric systems, and integrating students with industry through business galas and practical exposure. The Vice-Chancellor stressed coordination among committees, timely implementation of decisions, and upholding academic standards to strengthen Gwadar University’s role as a premier institution in the coastal region.
