Loralai / Sinjawi / Pishin: The 38th death anniversary of veteran Pashtun leader Abdul Razaq Dothani was observed on Thursday with protest gatherings organized by the Pashtunkhwa National Awami Party in various cities, including Loralai, Sinjawi, and Pishin.

Speakers paid tribute to Dothani’s political and democratic struggle and adopted resolutions rejecting the February 8, 2024 general elections as rigged. The resolutions called for a new social contract, greater provincial autonomy, the release of political workers, and an end to ongoing military operations in Pashtun areas. Participants also demanded the repeal of what they termed unconstitutional laws and institutions.
