LAHORE, Jan 16: Punjab Information Minister Azma Bokhari said Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s governance model emphasizes transparency, effective oversight, and tangible public relief.
She highlighted major healthcare initiatives, including the upcoming OPD of Nawaz Sharif Cancer Hospital and a new Cardiology Hospital in Sargodha, alongside free medicines, field hospitals, and the “Clinic on Wheels” program. Bokhari noted that KPIs have been introduced to assess government officers’ performance, rewarding efficiency and addressing negligence. She criticized political actors focused on protests and disruption, stating they cannot deliver public relief.
