LAHORE, Jan 16: The Punjab Horticulture Authority (PHA) announced plans to extend the “Adopt A Park” initiative from Lahore to other cities across the province.
DG Raja Mansoor Ahmad said Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has emphasized city beautification and instructed agencies to focus on the upkeep of parks, gardens, and green belts. Regional agencies were directed to communicate their requirements for staff, machinery, and finances to the parent body for provincial approval, ensuring readiness for the upcoming floral plantation season.
