Following the women’s team success, Pakistan’s men’s futsal squad made history by winning their first international match in the ongoing SAFF Futsal Championship. In their second match, Pakistan staged a thrilling comeback against Bhutan, overturning an early 0-2 deficit to secure a 4-2 victory. Adnan Ashfaq scored two goals within a single minute, while captain Hassan Zafar Khan and Asif Ahmed Choudhry added one goal each. The win boosts Pakistan’s confidence in international futsal competitions and underscores the growing talent in the country. Earlier, Pakistan had lost their opening match against the Maldives 1-7.
