Security Forces Neutralize Indian-Sponsored Terrorists in Panjgur, Balochistan

Rawalpindi, 25 January 2026: Security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in Panjgur District, Balochistan, targeting terrorists linked to the Indian proxy group Fitna al Hindustan.
During the operation, forces engaged the terrorists’ hideout, resulting in the elimination of three terrorists, including Local Area Terrorist Commander Farooq alias Soro, Adeel, and Waseem. Weapons, ammunition, and explosives were recovered from the site. The terrorists were reportedly involved in multiple violent acts in the region.
Sanitization operations are ongoing to locate and neutralize any remaining operatives. Under the “Azm-e-Istehkam” counter-terrorism campaign, approved by the Federal Apex Committee on the National Action Plan, Pakistan’s security forces and law enforcement agencies continue efforts to eradicate foreign-sponsored terrorism from the country.
