ANF Seizes 95kg Drugs, Four Arrested

ISLAMABAD: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) carried out three nationwide operations targeting drug trafficking around educational institutions and key transit points, arresting four suspects and seizing 95.4 kilograms of narcotics worth over Rs77 million.

According to an ANF spokesperson, three suspects were arrested near a school in Kasur while riding two motorcycles. Authorities recovered three kilograms of crystal meth (ice), three drones, and related accessories. The suspects confessed to selling drugs to students of educational institutions.

In a separate domestic operation, ANF officials recovered 84 kilograms of hashish from a vehicle in Yaro District, Pishin. Another inter-provincial operation near the Islamabad Toll Plaza led to the seizure of 8.4 kilograms of hashish and the arrest of one suspect.

Cases have been registered under the Control of Narcotics Substances Act, 1997, and investigations are underway.
