National Party Hosts Organizational Restructuring and Elections in Hazara Town; Condemns Arrest of Dr. Ramzan Hazara

The National Party, under the auspices of its Hazara Town chapter, conducted organizational restructuring and held elections for the Golestan Unit, congratulating newly elected office-bearers on their success. Central spokesperson Ali Ahmed Langu, District General Secretary Riaz Zehri, Agha Ziauddin Hazara, and Allama An Rahim Husseini extended their felicitations to the winners and reaffirmed the party’s commitment to democratic values.
The leadership condemned the arrest of National Party Central Committee member Dr. Ramzan Hazara during his solidarity visit with employees, describing it as a continuation of authoritarian practices by the government under Form 47. They called Dr. Ramzan Hazara a strong and representative voice of the people, emphasizing that his detention is contrary to democratic principles.
In the Golestan Unit elections, Manzoor Hussain was elected as Unit Secretary, Javed as Deputy Unit Secretary, while members of the Advisory Council included Haji Yasin Amini, Muhammad Ramzan, and Eid Muhammad. Muhammad Hadi Amini was elected as the Tehsil Councillor.
Ali Ahmed Langu highlighted that the National Party is a peaceful, democratic, and people-focused political organization that fights for the fundamental rights of Balochistan’s citizens, constitutional supremacy, and equitable control over national resources through democratic resistance. He criticized the current government for attempting to suppress public grievances through force and for deliberately creating instability in the province to serve its own interests.
He emphasized that the National Party fully rejects such authoritarian and undemocratic tactics and will continue to support employees’ legitimate demands.
Newly elected Unit Secretary Manzoor Hussain and Tehsil Councillor Muhammad Hadi Amini thanked voters for their confidence, pledging to play a leading role in organizing and energizing the party along with their team. The event was managed by Muhammad Ali Hazara.
