Naseerabad:
Deputy Commissioner Naseerabad has instructed all UC Medical Officers, area in-charges, polio workers and female vaccination teams to carry out their duties with complete commitment, stressing the need for comprehensive house-to-house immunization of all children under the age of five during the ongoing anti-polio campaign.
He said the objective of declaring Naseerabad a polio-free district can only be achieved through collective resolve and relentless efforts in the field. The Deputy Commissioner emphasized that effective field monitoring must be ensured, while attendance and on-ground performance of vaccination teams should be closely supervised without any leniency.
Highlighting the importance of community engagement, he called upon religious scholars and respected local elders to actively support the campaign by creating awareness among parents and building public trust in the vaccination process. He noted that safeguarding the health and future of children is a shared responsibility, adding that all concerned institutions must work in unison with dedication and determination to make the anti-polio drive a success.
