Kasur, Feb 4:
An alarming incident has been reported from the Mustafaabad area of Kasur, where a four-year-old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted. Police said the child was initially provided medical aid before being shifted to Lahore’s General Hospital for specialized treatment.
Upon receiving the information, Medical Superintendent Professor Dr. Faryad Hussain reached the hospital to oversee the situation. A medical team led by Dr. Azhar Alam has been constituted to ensure proper treatment and care of the victim. Hospital authorities confirmed that the child’s condition is stable and she is out of danger.
Police have initiated a formal investigation into the incident, while further legal action will be taken after receiving medical and forensic reports. Officials assured that those responsible would be dealt with strictly under the law. The incident has renewed concerns over child safety and the urgent need for stronger protective measures.
