Quetta, 4 Feb 2026: A spiritually uplifting congregation was organized by Dawat-e-Islami at Qayumiya Qadriya Mosque, Joint Road, Quetta, to mark Shab-e-Barat. The event began after Isha prayers and continued throughout the night with prayers, Quran recitation, naats, and zikr, drawing a large gathering of devotees.
Religious scholars highlighted Shab-e-Barat as a night of mercy, forgiveness, and reflection, urging participants to engage in personal and communal worship, repentance, and prayers for the welfare of the nation. Special prayers were also offered for the country’s peace, stability, and prosperity.
The administration provided arrangements for Sehri to accommodate participants, ensuring a smooth and organized observance. The congregation concluded with collective prayers and blessings, emphasizing spiritual renewal and the importance of unity among the Muslim community.
