DC Chaman Provides Wheelchairs to Special Students, Strengthening Educational Access

CHAMAN, February 11, 2026: Deputy Commissioner Chaman, Habib Ahmed Bangulzai, distributed wheelchairs to special students in a ceremony aimed at enhancing their mobility and access to educational institutions.

Addressing the event, DC Bangulzai highlighted that the initiative would help students overcome physical barriers, allowing them to continue their education independently and with dignity. He stressed that promoting inclusive education and ensuring equal opportunities for all students remains a priority for the district administration.

The ceremony was attended by ADC Chaman Fida Baloch, District Education Officer Abdul Quddus Achakzai, Accounts Officer Haji Zahir Durrani, and other officials.

Bangulzai reaffirmed the administration’s commitment to supporting special students through improved facilities and pledged that similar initiatives would continue across the district in the future. Beneficiary students expressed their gratitude, noting that the wheelchairs would significantly reduce their dependence on others and enable them to attend school with confidence and autonomy.
