Islamabad Police Conduct Grand Search Operation in Shehzad Town, 165 Individuals Screened

Islamabad: Islamabad Police carried out a grand search and combing operation in the jurisdiction of Shehzad Town Police Station as part of ongoing efforts to curb crime and enhance public safety. The operation was conducted under the supervision of SSP Operations Qazi Ali Raza, with SP Rural Zone overseeing field activities. Female police personnel also actively participated in the drive.

During the operation, police teams screened 165 individuals and checked 105 households in the area. Additionally, 27 motorcycles and 15 vehicles were inspected. Authorities shifted 16 suspicious individuals and two motorcycles to the police station for further verification and legal scrutiny.

Officials stated that the objective of the operation is crime prevention and the identification of suspicious elements. The Inspector General of Islamabad Police has directed district-wide grand search operations to eliminate criminal activity. Citizens have been urged to cooperate during checking and promptly report any suspicious activity, as public safety remains the top priority.
