The National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP) demonstrated exemplary honesty and professional responsibility by safely recovering and returning a bag containing Rs. 5.3 million in cash to its rightful owner. According to details, a passenger accidentally left behind a bag filled with Rs. 5.3 million at the Kallar Kahar Service Area on Motorway (M-2) and continued his journey toward his destination. After traveling several kilometers, he realized the bag was missing and immediately informed a nearby Motorway Police patrolling vehicle. Responding promptly, the Motorway Police alerted the nearest patrol team. The concerned team, guided by the passenger through mobile communication and video call, initiated a thorough search operation at the service area. Owing to swift and effective action, the bag containing the cash was successfully recovered and personally delivered back to the passenger. Overwhelmed by the dramatic recovery, the passenger expressed heartfelt gratitude and highly appreciated the honesty and professionalism of the Motorway Police.
