The mega project spans 10,875 kanals, providing 6,800 residential plots across Sectors F-14 and F-15, with modern facilities including paved roads, sewerage, water supply, underground electricity, street lighting, gas, and telecommunication networks. The total project cost is approximately PKR 28.2 billion, with NLC handling development work valued at PKR 19.58 billion. Completion is expected within two years if allottees continue timely payments.
