Ziarat, February 18, 2026 – Deputy Commissioner Abdul Quddus Achakzai conducted an in-depth inspection of the District Headquarters Hospital Ziarat, reviewing employee attendance registers, examining the hospital’s information desk, and inspecting various wards. He also evaluated the ongoing BSDI Scheme Phase One and instructed authorities to ensure its timely completion with full adherence to quality standards.
The Deputy Commissioner emphasized strict accountability, stating that salaries of absent employees will be deducted, and no absence from doctors or support staff will be tolerated. He directed that the hospital’s sanitation system be improved and that patients, including those from remote areas, receive prompt treatment and assistance to prevent any inconvenience.
He underlined the critical role of doctors as “nation’s healers” and urged them to perform their duties diligently, ensuring timely medical care for all patients. The Deputy Commissioner further stated that the Health Department will be modernized according to contemporary standards, and comprehensive measures will be taken to build a healthy society in line with the provincial vision.
