USTA MUHAMMAD, Feb 20: Executive Engineer Buildings Muhammad Yaseen Jamali briefed officials on the under-construction District Complex in Usta Muhammad, a major development project valued at approximately Rs1.3 billion.
The project, expected to be completed by 2027, is progressing at an accelerated pace with strict quality monitoring. Daily inspections are being conducted by technical staff to ensure construction standards are maintained.
Jamali stated that once completed, the complex will house all district offices under one roof, improving administrative efficiency and providing public services more conveniently. The Deputy Commissioner’s block is expected to be completed by late March or early April, after which offices will shift to the new building.
He said the initiative aligns with Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti’s vision of strengthening governance and enhancing public service delivery across Balochistan. The provincial government is closely supervising the project to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
