Karachi, February 21: Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) arrested four suspects linked to the “Amri Robbery Gang” in Sherpao Colony. The suspects, including Imran alias Machhar, Ghufran, Nazir, and Muhammad Zeeshan Awan, were involved in multiple armed robberies, street crimes, and a murder in Karachi.
Authorities seized 2 pistols with ammunition, 1 motorcycle, 3 mobile phones, and cash from the suspects. Investigations revealed Imran led multiple armed robberies, seizing approximately Rs 47 million, 2.5 kg of gold, and over 800 mobile phones, while Ghufran committed a shooting murder at 89 Mor, Landhi. The arrested were habitual criminals with multiple FIRs registered against them. Rangers urged the public to report criminal activity via helpline 1101 or WhatsApp at 03479001111.
