Independent Report
Pishin, February 22, 2026: Following special instructions from the Deputy Commissioner of Pishin, the district administration continues regular inspections to ensure compliance with official price lists in markets across the city and surrounding areas.
Administrative officers are conducting daily checks with shopkeepers on government-mandated rates for essential food items and ensuring that price lists are prominently displayed, so that citizens have access to goods at official rates during Ramadan.
The administration has warned that overpricing, hoarding, or violating official prices will not be tolerated, and strict legal action will be taken against offenders. Citizens are urged to report any overcharging to authorities for immediate intervention.
