Quetta, February 21: The Green Hotel in Quetta, which was sealed yesterday by the Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) for non-compliance with the Balochistan Sales Tax on Services Act 2015, has been reopened after fulfilling all legal requirements.
Authorities confirmed that the hotel management paid the due fines, submitted pending tax returns, and integrated the Point of Sale (POS) system as per BRA instructions. Following the completion of all legal formalities, the BRA lifted the seal, allowing the hotel to resume operations.
The BRA emphasized that all business establishments must ensure timely registration, tax payment, and return filing under the Sales Tax on Services Act 2015 to avoid any legal actions.
