Lahore, May 8, 2025 – The Federal Tax Ombudsman (FTO) has taken a progressive step toward digital reform by appointing Jannat Abuzar as Advisor on Digitization. A foreign-trained professional renowned for her expertise in digital governance and innovation, Abuzar is expected to play a pivotal role in modernizing the operations of the FTO office.
Abuzar’s appointment coincides with a national push for digital transformation in public service delivery in Pakistan. With a global academic record and practical experience in technology-driven policy implementation, she brings a fresh vision to the institution.
