Sanghar Police Crack Down on Drug Dealers, Five Arrested, Large Quantities of Narcotics Seized
Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) In a series of successful operations across the district, Sanghar Police have arrested five suspected drug dealers and seized over 2 kilograms of hashish along with hundreds of packets of gutka. The operations were part of a broader campaign to combat criminal elements and drug trafficking in the region.
According to official details SHO Khipro Rahim Hussain Waswano, along with his team, conducted a raid resulting in the arrest of Muhammad Rehan alias Zeeshan alias Gopi Jutt, recovering 1,100 grams of hashish from his possession. SHO Sanghar Guzar Ali Mari apprehended Taimoor Ali Rind and recovered 1,050 grams of hashish.
Two absconders wanted in cases related to threats to public peace and severe consequences Ghulam Nabi Jamali and Abdul Salam were also taken into custody during the operation.
SHO Mangli Atta Mohiuddin and SHO B-Section Anil Juman Kori, with their respective teams, recovered 490 packets of harmful gutka from two suspects Mashooq Ali Khaskheli and Muhammad Amir Malik.
All arrested individuals have been booked under relevant sections of the Control of Narcotic Substances Act, and further investigations are underway.
