GOVERNOR SINDH PAYS GLOWING TRIBUTE TO CAPTAIN MUHAMMAD SARWAR SHAHEED NISHAN-E-HAIDER

Karachi (27 July): Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori has paid a rich tribute to Captain Muhammad Sarwar Shaheed Nishan-e-Haider on his 77th martyrdom anniversary. In his message, the Governor said that the supreme sacrifice of Captain Sarwar is a shining and unforgettable chapter in our national history.

Governor Sindh said Captain Sarwar Shaheed set an exemplary standard of bravery, faith, military strategy, and devotion to duty that will continue to inspire generations to come. He further stated that the nation still pays homage to its first recipient of the Nishan-e-Haider, who laid down his life on July 27, 1948, during the First Kashmir War at the Tithwal front.

Governor Kamran Khan Tessori said that the blood of martyrs is the guarantee of our freedom, sovereignty, and territorial integrity. The spirit of Captain Sarwar Shaheed awakens in our youth the values of patriotism, sacrifice, and responsibility. He added that the entire nation is proud of this brave son of the soil whose sacrifice became the foundation of Pakistan’s military values and whose legacy lives on to this day.
