Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti, met with public deputations and individuals from remote areas of the province at the Chief Minister Secretariat on Friday. A large number of citizens apprised the CM of their issues, problems, and demands, and submitted written applications. The CM listened attentively to the public concerns and directed the concerned authorities to take immediate action.
Mir Bugti emphasized that the provincial government’s policy is to resolve public issues at the district level, eliminating the need for people to travel to Quetta. He stated that district administration and local machinery are being made more active and accountable to provide prompt relief to the public at their doorstep.
The CM stressed that good governance is only possible through practical steps, not just paper plans. He directed district officials to prioritize public complaints, ensure transparency, and expedite action at all levels. He warned that negligence or lethargy in public service would not be tolerated.
The CM reiterated that providing facilities to the people at their doorstep is the fundamental objective of his government. He emphasized that the Balochistan government aims to provide a lasting solution to public problems through transparent governance, fair distribution of resources, and institutional effectiveness.
